The current National Minimum Wage for those under the age of 25 will continue to apply and the rates set\u00a0from 1\u00a0April 2018\u00a0can be found here\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/jsrcharteredaccountants.com\/news\/national-minimum-wage\">National Minimum Wage Rates<\/a>\u00a0.The Government\u2019s objective is to have a National Living Wage of over \u00a39 by 2020.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2022<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The 1 April 2017 the National Living Wage (NLW) for workers aged 25 and above will increase to \u00a37.50 per hour. The current National Minimum Wage for those under the age of 25 will continue to apply and the rates set\u00a0from 1\u00a0April 2017\u00a0can be found here\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/jsrcharteredaccountants.com\/news\/national-minimum-wage\">National Minimum Wage Rates<\/a>\u00a0.The Government\u2019s objective is to have a National Living Wage of over \u00a39 by 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">\u2022<span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino,serif;\">The 1 April 2016 will see the introduction of the governments new National Living Wage (NLW) for workers aged 25 and above, by introducing a premium on top of the National Minimum Wage (NMW).
